The app automatically detects the language of the requesters and updates the Freshdesk contact information. There have been cases where requesters change their language while interacting with support. They can raise a ticket today in English but few days later they can create a ticket in Arabic, French, German and many more etc. To keep Freshdesk contact information up to date, this apps automatically detects the language of the requester so that in a multilingual setup, Freshdesk knows which language the customer prefers and notification goes out in the updated language. The app runs in the background and updates the language based on the ticket received in Freshdesk.
