The app automatically detects the language of the requesters and updates the Freshdesk contact information.
There have been cases where requesters change their language while interacting with support. They can raise a ticket today in English but few days later they can create a ticket in Arabic, French, German and many more etc.
To keep Freshdesk contact information up to date, this apps automatically detects the language of the requester so that in a multilingual setup, Freshdesk knows which language the customer prefers and notification goes out in the updated language.
The app runs in the background and updates the language based on the ticket received in Freshdesk. Hi, any luck on the updates? The detection failed in my test email and auto reply was in the current language.

Unfortunately it does not recognize the language of the requester and update it correctly - also after the update

Our team is looking into this. We will push an update to the app shortly. We have identified a few bugs and working on solving them as soon as possible.
Install the app with the domain name & API key and the app will start its magic.
Note:
1. The app runs in the background.
2. The app automatically updates the language of the requesters.
3. It will not update the agent's profile language.
