Display Freshdesk contact information inside Freshcaller
When an agent receives a call from a customer, this integration will pull all the customer details based on the phone number or email address of the requester from Freshdesk. The agent can then view those details on the right side of the Freshcaller interface.
1. Click on Install
2. Enter your Freshdesk Domain URL and API key
3. Click on Verify Freshdesk account
4. Select the contact fields to display when the agent receives the call
5. Hit Install
