Display Freshservice requester information inside Freshcaller
When an agent receives a call from an employee, this integration will pull all the requester details based on the phone number or email address of the requester from Freshservice. The agent can then view those details on the right side of the Freshcaller interface.
1. Click on Install
2. Enter your Freshservice Domain URL and API key
3. Click on Verify Freshservice account
4. Select the requester fields to display when the agent receives the call
5. Hit Install
