The app is built with support from Happy Talk. If you’ve acquired a sender key from another vendor, you can transfer it to Happy Talk. 3. Register your account with a callback URL: https://x3li4481ta.execute-api.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/prod In the Happy Talk system. 4. After installing the app, you’ll need to request Wedosoft to activate your channel for messaging. 5. Even after downloading and installing the app, you must contact [support@wedosoft.net](mailto:support@wedosoft.net) for backend approval to use it. 6. You can select **up to 100 channels** during installation Here are step-by-step instructions for installing and configuring the Freshchat-KakaoTalk channel integration: Install Freshchat: First, install Freshchat on your website or application from the Freshchat marketplace. Follow the instructions provided by Freshchat to complete the installation. Navigate to the Freshchat-KakaoTalk integration page: After installation, navigate to the Freshchat-KakaoTalk integration app from the Freshchat marketplace. Fill in the Freshchat domain name and API token: On the integration page, enter your Freshchat domain name and API token. You can find your API token in the Freshchat dashboard under "Settings" > "API Access". Fill in the ID for KakaoTalk channel entity (Business ID): Enter the ID for your KakaoTalk channel entity (Sender key), which you can obtain after your channel is approved by the KakaoTalk/Happy Talk Select the required channel and group: Finally, select the required channel and group from the dropdown list provided. This will allow you to specify which channel and group the integration will use to communicate with customers. Save the configuration: After filling in all the required details, click on "Save" to complete the configuration process. That's it! Your Freshchat-KakaoTalk channel integration is now configured and ready to use. You can start using the integration to communicate with your customers across multiple channels.
