Installation Guide for the plentymarkets Connector App
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Install the App
Start by installing the plentymarkets Connector App in your Freshdesk Support account.
2. Configure the API Access
Navigate to the app's settings to configure the API access for plentymarkets. You'll need the following details:
- Username
- Password
- Plenty System-URL (Setup -> Tenant -> Default Shop -> Settings)
- Plenty System-ID
Make sure you have the correct login information at hand.
3. Choose Allowed Order Statuses
To allow agents to change order statuses, you must specify which statuses are allowed. Switch to the "Advanced Configuration" tab and select all the statuses you want to be available for agents.
4. Create a Ticket
Once the installation is complete, open a ticket in Freshdesk Support.
