Installation Guide:
1. Select the trial version of the application.
2. You will be redirected to the configuration page with a few more steps to complete the setup.
3. Enter your Freshdesk account domain URL.
4. Provide the API key of the admin account.
5. Click the Authentication button to validate the credentials.
6. Upon validation, you will be redirected to the ValueFirst Authentication settings.
7. Input your ValueFirst username, password, and select the appropriate region.
8. Click the Validate button to complete the ValueFirst authentication.
9. You will be redirected to the Template Configuration page.
10. Configure the Ticket Creation Event by clicking the action button and hit Save.
11. Configure the Ticket Status Event by clicking the action button and hit Save.
12. Configure the Ticket Reply Event by clicking the action button and hit Save.
13. Configure the Ticket Close Event by clicking the action button and hit Save.
14. Configure the Ticket Sidebar Application Event by clicking the action button and hit Save.
15. Click the Install button to complete the installation process.
