Setting up Voiso Contact Center for Freshdesk: A Quick and Easy Guide
Getting Started:
1. Initiate Integration from Voiso:
- Go to the Voiso CRM Integration Settings page.
- In the 'Freshdesk Settings' section, click on ‘Enable'.
- Enter your Freshdesk sub-domain. For example, if your Freshdesk URL is https://my-company-name.freshdesk.com, simply type in “my-company-name”.
- Provide your Freshdesk API Key. This key is essential for integrating the Voiso app with your Freshdesk account.

2. Install the App from Freshdesk Marketplace:
- Navigate to the Freshdesk Marketplace.
- Search for ‘Voiso'.

- After installation, click on the Voiso icon located in the Freshdesk left navigation panel.
- On the Voiso login page, select your contact center (e.g., cc-ams02).
- Sign in with your Voiso account credentials.
