How does the 14-day free trial work?

When you sign up, you instantly get access to our Enterprise plan for 14 days. We will alert you before your trial expires. You can then select a plan and pay by credit card to continue using the product. If you choose not to continue, your account will be suspended.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

Yes, you can choose to upgrade your subscription instantly. If you wish to downgrade or cancel your subscription, you can do so at the end of your term. Click on ‘Billing’ in your Freshchat account to modify your subscription details.

Do you have any cancellation fees?

No. Freshchat is a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have any cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want, but your cancellation will come into effect only after the end of your term.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. We will not be able to accept purchase orders over the phone. All of our offline payments follow USD pricing.

Do I need to purchase Freddy AI Copilot for all agents?

No, Freddy AI Copilot can be purchased and assigned to any number of agents of your choice

What is a session in Freddy AI Agent?

A session is any unique interaction between an end-user and an AI agent. On chat, all end-user-to-AI agent interactions that happen within a span of 24 hours from the time end-users initiate a session are counted as one session.

Do I get free Freddy AI Agent sessions on any plan?

We offer 500 free sessions on the Growth, Pro, and Enterprise plans to try out Freddy AI Agent. This is limited to once per account. Once exhausted, you need to buy additional sessions based on your needs.

How can I buy additional Freddy AI Agent sessions?

You can purchase any number of Freddy AI Agent session packs. The validity corresponds to your payment cycle. For example, if you choose to pay quarterly, your sessions will also expire quarterly.

How many campaign contacts do I get as part of my plans?

You get 100 campaign contacts per account per month for the free plan. Similarly, you can get 500 campaign contacts per account per month for any paid plan.

What are connector app tasks?

We offer pre-built connectors to make data sync and workflow automation with any external application simple. Here’s a list of connector apps that we offer. You will consume tasks when any of these connector apps are used.
