Only customer-facing AI bot features consume bot sessions while agent-facing AI features and bots don’t consume bot sessions.
You can purchase an unlimited number of bot sessions as packs. You can purchase extra packs at $100 for 1000 sessions. The validity of a pack aligns with your payment cycle. For example: if you choose to pay quarterly, your bot sessions will also expire quarterly.
