How does the 30-day free trial work?

When you sign up, you instantly get access to our fully-loaded Garden plan for 30 days. We will alert you before your trial expires. You can then select a plan and pay by credit card to continue using the product. If you choose not to continue, your account will be suspended.

What is MUV and how is it tracked?

A monthly unique visitor (MUV) is an individual user who visits a website within a 30-day window. The unique visitors are determined by a cookie that lasts for a period of 1 year or until the visitor clear the browser cookie meant for websites.

For mobile apps, the equivalent is a monthly active user (MAU) - an app user who opened your app at least once within the 30-day window. A unique app user is determined as the unique instance of the app installation until the user's app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled.

What are contacts and how does pricing work for it?

Contacts are leads and users you chat with. With Freshchat, get unlimited contacts on any plan — save and access their data without pay anything extra

How do credits work?

How do credits work?

Credits have no currency or exchange value, are non-transferable and non-refundable, and will expire following the termination of your paid services plan with Freshchat. Credits will be used against subsequently generated invoice(s).

What types of payment do you accept?

1. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards are accepted across currencies. (American Express and Discover cards are not accepted for INR currency)

2. We accept PayPal transactions for USD only.

3. We accept offline payments (wire transfers) for Half-Yearly and Annual billing cycle.

4. We accept check payments in USD currency and this applies only to US and Canada customers.
