What are your call rates?

Will my call rates change periodically?

We are always in conversation with our various carriers to get you the best call rates. Owing to changes in regulations and other operating conditions, call charges are subject to change from time to time. You can always find the latest call charges in your call rates page.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes. We understand that business relationships require flexibility. Hence, Freshcaller is set up as a pay-as-you-go service and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Though we do not have any cancellation fees, if you cancel, you will be billed for the current month.

Is my data safe?

What types of payment do you accept?
