B3Works is a softphone application based on Desktop, Mobile, and Webphone Applications that can be used by end users to carry out communication activities, such as making phone calls and chatting.
B3Works CTI simplifies call management and provides Contact Center access to relevant information about callers. This information can enable your business to personalize the Customer Experience, increase efficiency and streamline Contact Center operations for customers and agents.
B3Works CTI offers several features, including:
- Leads Management: Generate Leads automatically when making outgoing calls, and renew Leads automatically after outgoing and incoming calls end.
- Agent Status: Each Agent has a different situation, Agent can adjust the status (Available/Busy/Away/Offline).
- Auto Attendant: Personalize the customer journey and offer self-service voice options with a flexible graphical IVR solution.
- Queue Management: Lots of features to optimize queue management in your contact center. Service levels, skill attribution, personalized queues, automatic callback options, etc.
- Advanced Call Routing: With this feature, you can use Ring All / Round Robin / Skill Based / Sticky Agent Routing.
- Communications Hub: Monitor your call center data while an agent is on the call to make quick decisions and increase your operating efficiency.
- Supervisor Tools: With dedicated tools, supervisors can access active call monitoring (call barges, call spies, whispers), and queue management, with detailed agent performance history.
Regarding integrating your Freshdesk account, you will need the following:
1. DOMAIN URL of your Freshdesk account.
2. API KEY of your Freshdesk account.
3. ROOT your Freshdesk account EMAIL.
How to get it?
1. DOMAIN URL of your Freshdesk account:
The DOMAIN URL is your account address, eg. https://xxxx.freshdesk.com
2. API KEY of your account:
The API key can be retrieved from your Freshdesk account. Once logged in, go to your Profile Settings, and click the "View Your API Key" button.
3. ROOT your account EMAIL:
ROOT EMAIL is the user who has the role of "Account Admin" of your Freshdesk account. You can retrieve it by opening the "Admin" menu and selecting the "Agent" menu.
After you get both Information:
- Open the provisioning portal (portal.b3works.com).
- Log in using a credential account.
- Select Organizations to integrate with Freshdesk.
Once you have successfully logged in to the Provisioning Portal
- Open the menu "Connectors"
- Click the "Configuration" menu.
- Select CRM "Freshdesk" at the top right of the page
- Please fill in the fields in the form on the page
1. SUB DOMAIN: Enter your account's DOMAIN URL
2. FIRE KEY: Enter your account's API KEY
3. ROOT EMAIL: Enter your account EMAIL
- Click the "Save" button.
To make sure the integration is successful, you can do a "Test Create Ticket"
