Integrate Freshdesk with apps like Dynamics 365, Jira, etc. with the SSIS Productivity Pack in seconds.
The SSIS Productivity Pack enables zero code integration between Freshdesk and virtually any other application or database system.
The solution is built utilizing Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), a high-performance and flexible ETL platform, allowing your team to take advantage of the technologies and skills they already have. The drag-and-drop user interface makes it easy to set up powerful integrations within a matter of minutes to automate your day-to-day tasks and thus, improve the productivity of your agents.
This solution is available within the REST components of our SSIS Productivity Pack, a large collection of premium and unique ETL tools that engender greater development and productivity. Also, on offer are several additional connectivity solutions to easily integrate Freshdesk with applications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Jira, and many more. (Refer to the full product offerings for more information.)
For SSIS Package development, you should be installing the version of SSDT (SQL Server Data Tools) or BIDS (Business Intelligence Development Studio) that aligns with the SQL Server version that you plan to use for your final deployment). Then, for SSIS runtime, the installation should be done by using the corresponding SQL Server installation media, and you must select the "Integration Services" feature during SQL Server installation.
The Toolkit currently supports the following Integration Service versions:
- Azure-SSIS Integration Runtime
- SQL Server 2019
- SQL Server 2017
- SQL Server 2016
- SQL Server 2014
- SQL Server 2012
- SQL Server 2008 R2
- SQL Server 2008
- SQL Server 2005
You can then download the Productivity Pack from the website and install it by running the downloaded .msi Installer. For more details, please refer to the Help Manual in this link:
