Step 2. Log into the Freshdesk account and navigate to the Freshworks marketplace (Admin > Support Operations > Apps) and install the app, Threado.

- Step 1 is mandatory and should be done before Step 2
- Step 2 is needed to sync and train articles, tickets and canned responses in real time
