With the Caller Verify and Freshserivce integration, you can verify callers into your IT helpdesk without ever leaving Freshservice.
With a push of a button the requester and their enrolled verifications factors are automatically looked up and a request to verify their identity can be easily sent to the caller.
Once completed, the verification details are automatically recorded in the ticket providing a complete audit trail. You can even configure conditions to require verification before the support ticket can be submitted ensuring that your business processes are followed.
The Freshservice caller verify application requires a Caller Verify subscription to work.
Installation is quick and simple. After choosing the application, simply point the configuration at your existing Caller Verify tenant by specifying:
