Automatic order lookup
Step 1: You need to have an Amazon Seller account and Freshdesk account
Step 2: An option will be provided to install the Seller app in the Freshdesk account with the help of the Freshdesk support team
Step 3: Once you click the Install option, you will be redirected to the Amazon Seller login page, where you need to authorize your self and once the authentication is successful, you will be redirected to Freshdesk Page
Step 4: You will configure the Amazon Seller region and other relevant parameters that are required for the app
Step 5: Click the Install button and the app will be installed
Step 6: Once installed, if you go to the ticket details page, you will be able to view the order details, have an option to respond to buyer queries, etc.
