Prodoscore's Integration with Freshdesk provides information about Tickets, Notes and Emails.
Prodoscore’s Freshdesk integration allows users of both applications to visualize Freshdesk activity within Prodoscore.
Prodoscore integrates with your company’s Freshdesk implementation. Each team member’s productivity score for the day will include time utilizing Freshdesk.
Once connected, you can go to an employee’s page to view insights and details regarding Tickets, Notes and Emails produced while using Freshdesk and you can drill into the detail of each activity as well.

A user needs the following requirements to integrate Freshdesk to Prodoscore.
● Registered domain to the Prodoscore application
● Freshdesk instance for their domain
○ Estate or Forest Freshdesk plans
The domain admin can authenticate Freshdesk within Prodoscore with the given
● Signed into your Freshdesk instance.
● Full-Time Agent in your instance
● Global Access Ticket Scope for your domain
● Account Administrator agent role
