For Freshsales teams, each time there is a customer meeting in your calendar, Hugo prompts team members to take meeting notes. Those notes are then automatically synced to the relevant contact in Freshsales, and shared with those who weren't in the meeting and with all of your team's other favorite apps.
You can setup Hugo for Freshdesk in under a minute. once you have created a Hugo account. Simply:
1. Visit Freshsales > Profile Picture > Settings > API Settings
2. Copy the API key to your clipboard
3. Login to Hugo and visit Settings > Apps > Freshsales > Enable
4. Fill in your Freshsales domain and API key fields and press Save
You will now see the Freshsales button at the bottom of the note field when saving notes. If you enabled Auto-sync, Hugo will automatically sync your Hugo notes when meeting attendees match contacts in your Freshsales account.
