Integrates Freshteam with SecurePass, a Covid-compliant Contactless door Access Control System.
This app is built for companies which are an existing user of Freshteam and want to integrate Freshteam with SecurePass.
By following an easy 6-step process, users can sync their employees' data across Freshdesk and SecurePass dashboard.
SecurePass is a contactless door access control system that lets you manage access to your property from a cloud-based centralized location. It comes with a built-in temperature scanner that makes it COVID-19 compliant.
Steps of Integration -
Step 1 - User opens SecurePass App in the Freshteam marketplace
Step 2 - User clicks on "Integrate with SecurePass" button
Step 3 - Login Page opens up.
Existing user of SecurePass Admin profile - User enters their login credentials registered with SecurePass.
New User - User clicks on "Sign up to integrate with SecurePass"
→ New Users enter their contact information on a new page, and SecurePass customer support team reaches out to them.
→ Once the user is registered as an Admin with SecurePass, they can begin the the integration process using the login credentials they receive from SecurePass team.
Step 4 - Integration Page opens up. User enters API end point and Authorization key and clicks on "Test & Sync".
→ A test is performed to check user authorization to access data. If the test is successful, we go to next step.
Step 5 - User is asked to integrate Employee data mapped by e-mail OR phone number.
This means, a check will be conducted using the registered e-mail/phone of a particular employee in SecurePass database and the User's Freshteam database.
Step 6: Synced Data Screen is displayed. User can check all the employee data available across SecurePass and Freshteam.
→ User clicks on "Synce/Re-Sync Users ".
If the registered e-mail/phone matches, the corresponding employee data will be synced.
Any kind of data discrepancy, such as data duplication and data unavailability, will not be synced. User will be requested to upload such data individually on SecurePass Admin Dashboard.
Note: For any particular employee, in a case of data mismatch, data received from Freshteam end will override the data present in SecurePass's database.
