Refresh 2022 is Freshworks’ annual event where Freshworks customers, partners, and prospects come together for an action-packed, multi-day experience that features inspiring keynotes, deep-dive breakouts, product demos, networking opportunities, special performances, and more.

Refresh 2021 will take place at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. The hotel is located at 4455 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89169.

Yes. If you’re registering a group of 10 or more, you're eligible for a group discount. Please contact your Freshworks Account Manager/Freshsuccess Manager or contact us at XX for the discounted rate and to complete registration.

Cancellations must be made in writing to XX. Refunds will be processed depending on the date of cancellation. For a full refund, cancellation must be received in writing by 11:59pm PT on October XX, 2022.

You must first register for Refresh in order to request a visa invitation. Once registered, please send an email to XX and provide the following details:

• First name on passport

• Last name on passport

• Full name listed on your Refresh registration

• Country

• Passport number

• Passport expiration date

• Passport issue date

Refresh 2022 will only be a live, in-person event. Since it’s admittedly easier to get to Las Vegas for our North American customers, we also have a number of upcoming events arranged for our customers around the world. For Freshworks customers that cannot travel to attend live in Las Vegas, you will have the opportunity to attend regional events being held globally.

For the health and safety of all attendees, at this time proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test will be required to attend the live event. Please visit the health and safety guidelines on the Virgin Hotels website for current policies. We take your health and safety seriously and are dedicated to ensuring you can learn and do business in a safe environment. We will be following and adhering to CDC guidelines and restrictions.

Hotel accommodations aren’t included with your registration pass. However, we will have a discounted room rate available for Refresh attendees at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. You must register for the event before you can book a hotel room at the discounted rate. Hotel reservation information will be provided upon registration. Please note the discounted room block will close on XX so be sure to book before then.

Las Vegas McCarran International Airport (LAS) is the main international airport. It is a quick 5-minute ride to Virgin Hotels Las Vegas.
