Here are the steps to connect Freshdesk and CogniAssist:
1) Get api_token, app_id and channel_id from your Freshchat account
Log in to your Freshchat portal and go to Settings. Select API Tokens. Copy freshchat_api_token.
2) Update Live Chat settings in CogniAssist
Log in to CogniAssist. Select your bot and go to Live Chat Settings.
3) Enable Freshchat and provide api_token, app_id and channel_id
Relaunch your chatbot.
4) Test the Integration
Open your bot and type "I want to talk to a live agent".
