This app is a TxContact plugin to integrate FreshDesk with TxContact.
1. TxContact is a complete unified communication solution that gives your business the flexibility, that needs to keep up with fluctuating customer demand. All the interactions between the customer and agent that are captured in TxContact can be automatically synced with FreshDesk.
2. TxContact integration with FreshDesk allows the FreshDesk users to seamlessly handle calls on the FreshDesk screen without the hassle of minimizing the browser and switching to an application.
3. In FreshDesk call popup appears for incoming calls with options to answer or reject calls.
4. The active call popup inside the FreshDesk UI shows information like the number and duration of the call and also gives the options to mute/unmute, hold/resume and end the call.
5. When customer calls and if he has ticket id then this app will open the respective ticket page in FreshDesk, if customer doesn't have the ticket id but his contact is saved then respective contact details page of customer will be displayed in FreshDesk , if customer neither has ticket id nor his contact is saved then a new ticket will be created and will be displayed in Freshdesk.
1. The User has to provide their subdomain and API key while installing.
2. TxContact’s Chirp App has to be running in the background.
