How does it work ? WeChat connect converts your WeChat®️ conversations into tickets on Freshdesk and lets you manage them just as you would normal tickets from other channels.
Your agents will be able to reply to customers from Freshdesk straight into WeChat.
WeChat connect is powered by Ongair. In addition to WeChat Ongair also has connectors for Telegram, Facebook Messenger and soon Line, Kik and Viber.
Installing WeChat Connect is easy. First you need to have an Official Account from WeChat. You can email us at email@example.com for guidance on how to acquire one if you don't have one. Then, install the app from the marketplace and follow the simple setup instructions.
Once the app is installed, when your customers send a message to your WeChat account, a ticket is created in Freshdesk. In order to respond to your customers, all you have to do is send a public note on the ticket, and your customer will receive the message in their WeChat app. You can also send and receive images on WeChat.
