WeKall is a cloud telephony system and call center that integrates with Freshdesk
1. Create Tickets on the fly
With WeKall integration, when you receive a call, Freshdesk automatically creates a new ticket on the platform, without any intervention.
2. Record all your calls
On every call with WeKall when the agent or the customer hangs up the call, the ticket will receive a URL with the recording of the call as a note.
3. Outbound Calling
Call your customer by just dialing the ticket number on Freshdesk
4. Mobile Ready
With WeKall APP for IOS or Android, you are ready to receive or make calls and logged automatically in Freshdesk
For activate WeKall and Freshdesk integration, you will need:
1. The DOMAIN URL of your account:
The DOMAIN URL is simply the address of your account, e.g. https://myaccount.freshdesk.com
2. An API KEY from Freshdesk:
The API KEY can be retrieved from your Freshdesk account. Once signed in, go to your Profile Settings, "Your API Key"
3. WeKall Account
Register on wekall.co and complete the registration process, then you can download Wekall from the Play Store and the App Store
You have to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, with the API KEY and the DOMAIN URL, one labor day later you will receive a confirmation of the integration enable.
