1. Go to the Freshdesk API setup page, you will see the form for Freshsales details under those for Freshdesk
2. Enter your Freshsales subdomain, do not include the full Freshsales domain (for example from "yourcompany.freshsales.com" only "yourcompany" should be entered into SmileBack).
3. Open your Freshsales account in a new tab.
4. In your Freshsales account click the profile button in the top right of the screen, then choose "Settings"
5. Click the "API Settings" tab and copy your API key.
