Akshay is a technophile and passionate about solving business problems. He has spent more than 10 years in solutions consulting and product management, working with businesses across different sectors such as retail & ecommerce, financial institutions, AdTech, and the public sector. He currently heads up the sales engineering team for Freshworks UK&I, helping companies create a great customer service journey using innovative technology and products. Outside of work, Akshay is a proud father of two and loves travelling.
