A relaunch of Freshworks’ Affiliate Program aims to empower affiliates, creators, consultants, and partners to do just that. With clearer commission tiers, guided enablement, and stronger insights, affiliates are in the best position to influence how IT and customer experience teams discover and evaluate software. It’s a partnership with a global SaaS brand that turns that influence into reliable, recurring revenue.

A key change is the tiered commission structure, which gives both new and existing partners a transparent path to higher earnings, with rates of up to 30%. Partners move through the tiers based on clear performance criteria, such as qualified referrals, retained customers, and influenced revenue. 

In addition to the tiered commission model, the program provides affiliate partners with clear program guidelines, product- and segment-specific messaging, ready-to-use marketing and sales assets, and sample campaigns and other promotional content for newsletters, review sites, and niche communities. The goal is to help you move from approval to live campaigns quickly and confidently.
