Freshworks is more than just the products you know and love—it’s a company of people. In this column, we feature some of the “faces of Freshworks” each month. If you’re interested in learning more about working at Freshworks, start here.

Structure isn't rigid, it’s a superpower, says Anthony Fritsch. As a program manager in global revenue enablement at Freshworks, he leads “Sales Leader Excellence,” building programs that help sales leaders perform at their best. He uses deliberate sequences to get work done.

Throughout his time at Freshworks, he's regularly turned complex ideas into workshops and programs that sales leaders actually use. Off the clock, he's equally structured: 5:15 a.m. wake-ups for 6 a.m. CrossFit, a serious approach to donuts and cakes (bad ones make him angry), and an ever-growing Lego collection that's officially outgrown his current space.

After a health issue that took him away from work for a few weeks, he’s back with a “profound new perspective on what's important … gratitude and focus that I will carry with me forever.”

What’s a typical day for you at Freshworks?

My mornings always start with the same ritual: coffee → Slack → email → Asana. I believe a clear mind begins with a decluttered virtual workspace. Since no two days are the same, I rely on what I call "flexible structure." Some days are dedicated to deep focus work, while others are all about collaboration with stakeholders and fellow enablers.

What’s something most people don’t know about the work you do?

Enablement, no matter the audience, is really about simplification. It's taking complex ideas and boiling them down into something easy to digest, retain, and recall. And just like in sales, a big part of my role is internal selling, making sure all stakeholders are aligned and bought in before anything rolls out.

For me, "uncomplicating" is almost a religion. I live by the principle that simple is beautiful.

Program Manager, Global Revenue Enablement

Tell us about a recent proud moment.

Programs I delivered a year ago are still creating impact today, which makes me proud. Beyond measurable results, the accomplishments I value most are those that truly help our sales leaders and stakeholders. A great example is a series of workshops I created. It began as a regional initiative and quickly grew into a global program because it resonated so strongly with sales leaders. It was rewarding to see something I built from scratch scale across regions and help leaders approach complex deals with greater clarity and confidence.

What are you uncomplicating right now?

I've always considered myself a builder at heart. I love creating programs from scratch and shaping them into something practical, relevant, and impactful. For me, "uncomplicating" is almost a religion. I live by the principle that simple is beautiful. If you've taken part in one of my programs, I hope that's what you've experienced: complex ideas turned into something clear, actionable, and easy to apply in the field.

How do you switch off outside of work?

I'm an early riser. Every day starts at 5:15 a.m. so I can make it to my 6 a.m. CrossFit class. It's a great way to clear my head and get energized before the workday begins. Outside of fitness, I have two other big passions: food and Lego. I love cakes and donuts, but I take them very seriously. Bad cakes make me angry because I hate wasting calories! On the flip side, a great donut can absolutely make my day. And then there's Lego. I'm a huge fan and still regularly get new sets (my latest was the Lego Neuschwanstein Castle). The only problem is space. I've officially run out, so many of my sets are in storage. My dream is to soon move into a new house where I can finally build my very own Lego room.
