Reinforcing our commitment to our partner ecosystem to help them win

Earlier this year, we began the first phase of evolving our Partner Program and introduced some changes for our partner ecosystem. Since then, we have looked into every aspect of our partnership structure and the support we provide to make our global program truly delightful.

We have brought about changes that will help partners grow more successfully in our ecosystem and differentiate their businesses. We aim to make the partner experience frictionless, simple, and easy. Just like our products.

  • Launch of Freshworks Sales Central 

Introducing the Freshworks Sales Central – powerful sales content at our partners’ fingertips – anywhere, anytime! FSC is a comprehensive and multipurpose space providing partners with access to sales plays, product content, the ability to edit and share content directly with customers, and the ability to track user engagement including time spent on each slide/page, and the people it was shared with. 

This comes as part of our commitment to provide our partner community with the best tools, and the right sales enablement approach aligns sales, marketing, and customer success to increase the impact of their most critical growth initiatives.

  • Greater differentiation between our partner tiers

Freshworks’ Solution Partner Program has been built to reward partners who deliver expertly-crafted and phenomenal customer experiences to businesses. The current tiering structure has had little differentiation in benefits and requirements between the Silver, Gold, and Platinum Partners. The new tier structure introduces more compelling benefits, with associated new revenue and certification requirements, between the tiers to allow for clearer recognition and investment in our top-tier partners. The new tiering will also provide motivation for partners to move through the tiers over time, with each tier carrying its own set of benefits. The new tiering structure will be categorized as Silver, Gold, and Platinum. With Registered partners as Silver, Authorized as Gold, and Preferred as Platinum partners. 

These changes in Solution Partner tiering have also been highlighted in the revised Partner Locator. With this launch, Freshworks’ Partner Locator has also been updated to carry all new and existing Gold and Platinum Partners who fit into the new tiering structure. Hereafter, customers will be able to search the locator to find the right partner for their specific needs. This is in continuation of our commitment to provide dedicated in-region resources and grow our joint business.

  • Revised Certifications Framework

We’ve revised our certification framework to ensure we’re supporting and encouraging partners with the required tools to grow their businesses and delight more customers. 

The new certification framework aims to provide partners with clear guidance on what training elements will be needed to maintain and advance their status in the program. We’ve introduced three new courses for our Solution Partners and System Integrators and new certification requirements have also been tied to the tiering structure.
