Knock knock… Who’s there? It’s #freshchathour — let the questions begin!

Hey there!

What’s your name? How are you doing? Where are you from?

Wait, I have more questions for you.

Do you know what’s the best way to deal with revenue churn? Isn’t customer engagement and customer experience the same thing? Do you believe chatbots impact conversion rates?

Also err…

How much is too much?  

I actually have a lot more to ask you, but for the sake of your time and energy I’m just going to stop here. Forgive me, I’m just a curious person by nature.

I’m sure you have a curious mind too. Have you ever thought of all the questions that you have on your mind? The basic ones, good ones, silly ones, great ones, and yes the most epic ones. If only you were allowed to ask all of those! It’s a great feeling.

After all, questions shape the world, right?

A few days back, when our team got together to come up with our social media and content plan for this quarter, we wanted to celebrate such curious minds.

We were thinking of ways to actively engage with industry experts, product managers, sales guys, marketers, and every other curious person in the world, and make them ask and answer questions about industry relevant topics, the ones that matter.

Well, that should not be so hard!

We quickly decided to go with a monthly initiative where we would engage with all of you by asking and answering questions, listening to your perspectives, curating the best views, and rolling out articles talking about the same topic.

Sounds cool, right? We think so, too!

We are super excited to introduce #freshchathour an Ask me Anything (AMA) series on twitter. As a part of this series, we want to do two things: a) encourage people to ask questions and interact with each other on a particular topic, and b) provide a snackable version of the perspectives and ideas shared on that topic so that there is value addition after the conversation.

All of this will happen on social media, considering the obvious spread of people and scope of interaction. I’m not going to fill you up with more details.

What can you expect this month?

This October, we are starting with a topic that is close to us, and something that we truly believe in and live by—customer engagement.

Customer engagement has been creating quite a buzz in the market for a while. We all know that businesses are all about people and solving their problems by engaging with them. This month, let’s try and understand the nitty-gritties of customer engagement and appreciate why it is a building block for businesses.

We are going to have our AMA series on twitter, starting 9th Oct (Tuesday). The first #freshchathour is going to be on “Driving customer engagement effectively”.
