Simplicity in technology: How Milan senses what it takes to delight customers

Milan Vukas believes in only selling technology that he would “personally love to use.”

An early-stage startup mentor and digital advisor for small and medium-sized businesses in Europe and Canada, he has been “following Freshworks’ phenomenal rise from a one-product startup to a public company listed on NASDAQ.”

But it was only when he was implementing a new chat solution for one of his previous firms that he “really understood the value Freshworks was offering by sensing customers’ business needs and offering the right solutions to make work easy.”

An ode to growth

Witnessing first-hand the “joy of the simple and fantastic functionality of Freshworks products,” Milan joined the Freshworks community in November 2019. “It was right before we went public, so I was an eyewitness to how we grew and scaled as a public company,” he says.

 As an enterprise account executive for the DACH regions, Milan focuses on helping customers with solutions that can add value to their work lives. His team is full of “different people from different industries” joining hands to champion a great customer experience.
