Freshworks makes it into the 2019 Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Sales Force Automation
This is an important year for us. We’ve reached a significant milestone. Freshworks has been recognized by Gartner, a global research firm, and is now a part of its Magic Quadrant.
Every year, Gartner publishes a report about various vendors in the sales force automation (SFA) space and plots the vendor’s position on a quadrant with respect to their vision and ability to execute it. Gartner also takes customer reviews into consideration to verify the ability of the vendor to have a positive impact on their customers.
Given that there are over 75 vendors who offer SFA solutions, Gartner has evaluated only a select few that meet their eligibility criteria such as automation of critical SFA capabilities, number of active users, implementation of significant use cases, etc. The Magic Quadrant is a valuable resource and provides necessary information for businesses that seek innovative solutions.
