For the second consecutive year, Freshworks did not just win as a niche player but leaped forward in the ‘Ability to Execute’, a core parameter tracking the progress of vendors’ product capabilities mapped in this highly-acclaimed quadrant.
Our core SFA capabilities, from account, opportunity, & pipeline management, coupled with AI-assistance and deal stage probability assignments were recognized as drivers for our progress on this index.
Looking back at 2019, a combination of these features created rapid customer wins for us. Gartner cited us as being “among the fastest-growing vendors in this Magic Quadrant, with a 200+% year-over-year increase in 2019 versus 2018.”
