Making sales calls is bread and butter for any salesperson. Ideally you want to make calls from within the CRM, so you can save time and avoid switching tabs. While this has always been possible in Freshsales, now your CRM is more powerful with the integration between Freshsales and Freshcaller.
With this integration, you get access to all of Freshcaller’s powerful features like advanced call queues and call analytics. At the same time, you also get to see these new features in action right within Freshsales—360° context remaining intact. Talk about getting the best of both worlds!
For those of you already using a Freshsales and a Freshcaller account separately, all you need to do is
- Head over to Freshsales Admin Settings
- Click on Phone Settings
- Click Connect existing account and enter your credentials
It’s that simple.
Once you’ve done this, you will be able to seamlessly make and receive calls from inside Freshsales. You can also view the call details in the respective lead and contact pages.
What do I do if I don’t have a Freshcaller account?
We’ve made the creation of a Freshcaller account super easy too! We have another option in Phone Settings for those who are new to Freshcaller. Click Create new account and let Freshsales take care of everything else under the hood!
