Rew Golding - VP, Alliances Upland CXM

Rew has been working in Customer Experience for over 20 years, having started his career in Market Research at Millward Brown, right through to present day where he runs the Alliances and Partners team across the Upland CXM business.  Rew has worked with some of the worlds largest brands from Pepsi, Levi’s, Vodafone, Homeserve, Harrods, Salesforce and Barclays, where his role has always been to look at how best to leverage technology and people to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
