She is also the COO at CIO Vietnam Community,with more than 7,000 members, established in 2010 and dedicated to building and developing a community for leaders and managers in IT industry, and for those who wish to become leaders and become a future IT managers.
Vy is an active social activist since her return to Vietnam in 2014. She led Enablecode for 5 years, a social enterprise that employs people with disabilities (50+ full-time and part-time employees). She thoroughly enjoyed this position, as they gave career opportunities to people from disadvantaged backgrounds, who are often left behind.
