Do you have any cancellation fees?
We do not have any cancellation fees. You can cancel anytime, but your cancellation will take effect only after the end of your current billing cycle. For online self-serve customers, cancellations are processed automatically at the end of the billing cycle. For contract customers, cancellations are handled manually through a cancellation request or a revised order form.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
Freshservice is a pay-as-you-go service and you can choose to upgrade your subscription instantly. If you wish to downgrade or cancel your subscription, you can do so at the end of your term. Click on ‘Plans & Billing’ in your Freshservice account to change your subscription details.
