Who can apply?

The Freshworks Global Customer Awards are open to all Freshworks customers across industries and regions. Whether you’re a visionary leader, an innovative team, or a passionate advocate for simplicity, if you’re driving meaningful change using Freshworks, we’d love to hear your story.

Can I nominate someone else?

Absolutely! Some of the most inspiring stories come from people who might never nominate themselves. You can nominate a colleague, peer, or customer, just make sure to use their correct name and email, and give them a quick heads-up so they’re aware of the nomination and any updates that follow.

Can I apply for more than one category?

Yes! If your story fits more than one award category, feel free to submit entries across multiple. Each category celebrates a different kind of impact from innovation and leadership to teamwork and advocacy and we encourage you to share your achievements wherever they shine brightest.

How do I apply?

Simply complete the nomination form on this page. It only takes a few minutes to tell us about your story, who you are, which category you’re entering, and how you or your team have created measurable impact with Freshworks.

What’s the selection process?

Once applications close, our expert panel will carefully review all submissions. Each entry is evaluated based on the clarity of the story, measurable business impact, creativity, and alignment with Freshworks’ mission to simplify work and inspire better experiences. Our judges will score and shortlist finalists, and winners will be chosen based on overall impact and storytelling strength.

How will you ensure judging remains fair?

Fairness is fundamental to the program. All judges are selected for their expertise, independence, and commitment to recognizing genuine innovation and impact. To maintain transparency, judges recuse themselves from any category where there could be a potential conflict of interest ensuring every decision is objective and merit-based.

Who are the judges?

Our judging panel includes respected industry experts, Freshworks leaders, and advocates of customer and employee experience excellence.

When will the winners be announced?

Winners will be announced in March 2026, with a special celebration event in May 2026 to honor and spotlight their achievements. Stay tuned for more details, it’s going to be something special!
