Total Candidates by Source - The report shows the total number of candidates from each of the different sourcing channels. In one glance you and your team will be able to tell which sources are bringing in the highest number of candidates, and then you can quickly validate it against your spend to find opportunities for budget optimization.
Total Candidates by Source Category - The report shows the total number of candidates from each of the different source categories during the time frame you mention.
Candidates by Sourced Vendor in the last 6 months - The report helps you compare the performance of the different vendors, it shows the total number of candidates from each of your vendors over a given time period.
Top 10 Referring Employees - The report lists the top 10 employees who have referred the most candidates during a specific time period. It’s kind of like your employee referrals leaderboard!
