Community Manager

We are looking to hire a Community Manager to join our team. As Community Manager, you will write engaging content that will go on all out on all our social media platforms. Marketing Industry 

The Marketing Department is the core of building an organization. The different functions of Marketing include building the brand, its image, and brand awareness among its customers and potential customers. The industry has much scope and has many jobs to offer. 

Responsibilities 

  • Come up with good social media and communication campaigns to align with our marketing strategies. 

  • Develop good content (Text, Video, and Design) for all our social media accounts. 

  • Communicate with the customers through comments and answering queries. 

  • Understand Customer feedback by analyzing customer reviews and feedback. 

  • Organize events that match the brand and build the community. 

  • Take part in events and communicate about the brand to the industry. 

  • Collaborate with the Marketing, PR, and Communications team to build a consistent brand. 

  • Stay on top of the product and its updates by communicating with the various teams concerned. 

  • Develop relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists through thorough communication. 

Requirements 

  • Must have achieved a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing or relevant field. 

  • 3-6 years of working experience as a community manager.

  • Proven experience in conducting community initiatives like an online forum, ambassador program, event series, and writing email newsletter.

  • Find community matching events and take part in them continuously to maintain the brand image. 

  • Good written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Excellent knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.

Average Salary 

The average salary per annum is $46,387.
