Creative Director

Our company is on the lookout for an experienced and skilled Creative Director. As Creative Director of <Company Name>, you will lead all creative strategies and ideas to promote the brand and product. You will be the person of charge for all the creative requirements of the company. We are looking for an experienced candidate capable of leading multiple teams and projects. Marketing Industry

Responsibilities

  • Create, design, and implement creatives using concepts and strategies for various marketing projects. 

  • Work with the account managers to understand client needs and requirements. 

  • Communicate with clients directly whenever necessary. 

  • Monitor and instruct the different teams by connecting with their heads. 

  • Maintain a cordial relationship with the art directors, illustrators, copywriters, etc., to get work done as a team. 

  • Conduct brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas. 

  • Write and Design creatives whenever necessary. 

  • Proofread content, analyze new creative materials, select, reject, and improvise them. 

  • Monitor teamwork and provide feedback for better performance. 

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters in Advertising, Marketing, Creative Design, or a relevant field. 

  • 7+ years of experience working in the industry. 

  • 3+ years of experience as a creative director or a similar creative role.

  • Extensive Experience in developing creatives, in marketing processes, in designing and developing brand campaigns. 

  • Knows software like Photoshop, Illustrator very well. 

  • Extraordinary leadership and organization skills

  • Exemplary communication skills.

Average Salary

The average salary per annum is $92,243.
