We are looking for a dispatcher to attend and handle phone calls ranging in subject, urgency, and requirement. You will be required to record all call information, coordinate with field personnel and prioritize calls based on importance and act accordingly.

  • Ensure the route map for the field units are clear, coordinated and schedule them accordingly.
  • Provide detailed information on traffic, obstacles and requirements.
  • Enter and update data in the computer system and maintain a log of all necessary details.
  • Dispatch and receive delivery orders or products.
  • Ensure the caller is satisfied with the service provided.


  • A bachelor’s degree in any subject.
  • Prior experience as a dispatcher.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Accurate and fast data entry ability.
  • Excellent computer skills, familiar with technology and methods like CAD.
  • Great analytical ability and critical problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent multi tasking and organisational abilities.
