Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are looking for an efficient and compassionate licensed practical nurse to join our hospital and provide the necessary care for our patients. You will be required to perform necessary medical procedures and monitor the patient's progress. You are responsible for ensuring there is no discrepancy in the care given to the patients and that they are motivated towards a speedy recovery.

  • Monitor the patient's progress by regularly checking blood pressure, body temperature, heart rate and so on.

  • Observe the patient’s response to treatments and medication and take notes accordingly.
  • Perform tasks like administering injections, enemas, prescribing injections, dressings, and other basic medical tasks.
  • Provide support and be compassionate to their ailments.
  • Be a friend for them to interact with and motivate them to get better.
  • Coordinate with doctors and physicians with these reports and provide the best care for each patient’s improvement.
  • Ensure the environment is hygienic and regular sanitation takes place (sweeping, mopping, changing the bedsheets, disposing of syringes, etc)
  • Take swift action in case of an emergency.
  • Help patients with daily activities like bathing, eating, and exercise.
  • Collect lab samples and test results to give the physician.
  • Act as a point of contact and confidant for the family.
  • Work with safety regulations and rules.
  • Ensure best practices are followed.


  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant subject.
  • Certified of having completed a licensed LPN program.
  • Prior experience as an LPN.
  • Good knowledge of hospital safety and sanitation standards.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Strong aptitude for multitasking and organization.
  • Current CPR certificate.
  • Ability work in a highly stressful environment.
  • Flexible work schedules.
  • Compassionate and kind.
  • Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office and data entry.
  • Excellent stamina and a high sense of personal hygiene.

Average Salary
