Event Planner

We are looking for an enthusiastic event planner to ensure that events are organized and carried out flawlessly. You will be required to prepare the event plan, ensure requirements are in place and supervise the event organization from start to finish. You are responsible for the event’s success and our customer’s satisfaction.

  • Perform final checks before the commencement of the event to ensure everything is in order.
  • Oversee the smooth functioning of the event and swiftly respond to any problems that may arise.
  • Prepare reports on the event and its successes and failures.
  • Maintain a database for all vendors, employees, personnel, and details of previous events.


  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, management or other relevant courses.
  • Prior experience with event planning or as an event coordinator.
  • Record of having organized successful events to your credit.
  • Proficient with computers and MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Works well under pressure and in a high-stress environment.
  • Highly analytical and strong problem-solving aptitude.

Average Salary

An average $62,176 per annum.

An average $18.70 per hour.
