System Analyst

We are looking for a System Analyst to examine and enhance our IT systems. You will be required to perform tests and analyse the systems to ensure smooth functioning and rectify problems, if any. You will also be required to take into account user feedback and provide support. You are responsible for enhancing our user experience, service and customer satisfaction.


IT and Development

The IT and Development department is the department within a company that is charged with establishing, monitoring and maintaining information technology systems and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
  • Prior experience as a system analyst and with IT systems.
  • Expert with software development and business information systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP business software applications.
  • Proficient with language like C++, Java, HTML, etc.
  • Excellent analytical skill and problem solving ability.
