Art Director

We are looking for a passionate art director to join the design team of our company. You will be required to come up with creative new ideas and concepts to drive the campaigns. They will help promote our company and uphold our image in the market. You will be required to work with a team of designers, and your objective will be to guide them towards delivering what our clients want effectively and efficiently.

Field of Marketing

It focuses on aiding business growth through the promotion of products and services, branding and advertising. The marketing department of any organization focuses on marketing campaigns, customer activation, public and media relations.

What to expect from the role

  • Hands-on experience with creating new campaigns, coordinating with creative teams and working on its execution.
  • Guide teams towards finishing projects and campaigns.
  • Approve and implement various policies to improve the department.
  • Hold a position of high responsibility and have a scope for growth to other job roles.


  • Generate new and exciting ideas for campaigns to be run by the company.
  • Conceptualize campaigns in collaboration with the copywriter.
  • Create sketches, storyboards and drafts to visualize concepts.
  • Coordinate with the creative team and external parties like the media and clients.
  • Work in a time-bound manner and submit required work by the necessary deadlines.
  • Manage the team of designers and ensure the team is working efficiently.
  • Assign tasks to designers and direct them towards the completion of the work.
  • Conduct market research studies and understand the audience better and keep updated about new market culture and trends.
  • Produce reports on the work being done by the team.
  • Present pitches, ideas, and concepts to members of the company and/or clients.


  • Bachelor's degree in any media or art course.
  • Prior experience in the field.
  • A strong portfolio with adequate experience with conceptualization and ideation.
  • Any additional certificate courses in media and arts are an added bonus.
  • Proficient in using design tools such as Adobe software.
  • Open to constructive criticism and feedback.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with a good sense of time management and multitasking.
