Marketing Specialist

Our company is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and trained Marketing Specialist to work in all our marketing efforts and endeavors. As a marketing specialist, you will work with our marketing department on the different strategies and campaigns that they concept to build the brand. It would require you to understand our consumers/ customers/ clients and come up with effective marketing ideas targeted at them. The end goal is to build our business and up to our brand image. 

Field Of Marketing 

The field of marketing mainly deals with the promotion and presentation of a brand, its products, services, and culture. This is done through one or many marketing ways like Branding, Advertising, Promotions, etc., The major role of the marketing department is to present the brand reputedly to all its different audiences. 

Responsibilities 

  • Understand the brand and its consumers thoroughly to come up with marketing techniques. 

  • Do extensive research on the consumers and their buying patterns to understand them better. 

  • Be on a par with all the latest marketing techniques and try to implement them for the brand. 

  • Gather the team and come up with creative ideas for marketing campaigns through brainstorming and other interesting sessions.

  • Assist in the various aspects of marketing like content development and optimization. 

  • Conduct Inbound and Outbound marketing as required. 

  • Communicate with external partners and vendors to conduct events and promotions successfully. 

  • Build Brand Awareness and ensure Brand Recognition by building innovative campaigns and marketing ideas.

  • Figure out and arrange channels for communication based on the target audience. 

  • Gather feedback and implement changes after a marketing campaign. 

  • Do extensive analysis on each marketing technique used.

  • Help the team and also contribute individually to all marketing tasks. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing and Communications or a similar field. 

  • 4-5 years of experience in the Marketing Field. 

  • Complete understanding and knowledge of all Marketing Elements and Methods. 

  • Skilled in SEO and SMM content writing. 

  • Fair knowledge of marketing and analytical tools. 

  • Good in using MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, and Google AdWords. 

  • Should know how to use HTML, CSS, and web development tools.

  • Excellent Organizational and Management skills. 

  • Multitask with attention to detail. 

  • Good Verbal and Written Communication skills. 

  • Should be updated with all the latest trends and practices. 

  • An out of the box thinker.

The average salary per annum is $52,788.
