<Company Name> is hiring Product Owner for their scrum team. As the Product Owner, you would be in charge of organizing, processing, and assessing the work of the Scrum team. You will also coordinate within teams and making sure the product features are updated, and the updated product releases on time.
The IT and Development wing of a company is responsible for all IT systems and services in the company. From writing codes for applications to testing them, running them, and upgrading them, the IT team takes care of the complete cycle.
Responsible for gathering feature requests and updating them to the development team.
Should make sure we build the product with the latest requests and changes on the mind.
Make sure there are no backlogs and keep work up-to-date.
Conduct Sprint meetings and come up with goals for each meeting.

Must write acceptance tests.
Come up with plans for product upgrades and releases.
Keep up with the work completed by the different teams and make sure they are all on the same page by bridging the communication gap.
Follow up on the development process and provide corrections wherever necessary.
Talk with the users and understand their needs and requirements.
Improve the work pattern and method based on client feedback.
Be up-to-date with all the latest technologies.
A Computer Science Engineering Degree with Masters in a similar field.
3-5 years of experience as Product Manager or 1-2 years of experience as Product Owner.
Comfortable and familiar with Agile Working Environment.
Experience working in the complete product life cycle of two or more products.
Should have technical knowledge that includes knowledge of Software Development and Web Development.
Must be a Team Player and Good Leader.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
The average salary per annum is $104,403.
