We are looking for an enthusiastic travel agent for our company to help guide our customers towards their dream holidays. You will need to speak to our customers, understand their needs and suggest the right travel package to suit their needs.   • Hands-on experience in planning travel packages, selling trips to clients, etc.

  • Maintain a filing system for all financial and trip records.
  • Be updated with all tourism policies and regulations.
  • Meet the sales targets.
  • Regularly research the changing tourism and travel trends.


  • Bachelor's degree in travel and tourism, hospitality business or relevant fields.
  • Prior experience as a travel agent or an avid traveler is a bonus.
  • Strong knowledge of traveling software and procedures.
  • Basic computer skills and software like MS Office.
  • Multilingualism is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Efficient negotiation and sales skills.
  • Up to date with domestic and international travel trends.
  • Well read on the rules and regulation of tourism.
