Though he has a degree in Political Science, Geoffrey made the leap into recruitment and has also dabbled in different functions under the broad umbrella of HR. He has worked across different industries such as financial services, car rental, consumer credit lending, air systems, home improvement retailing before moving to Amazon as Human Resources Business Partner. At Amazon, he also serves as a Bar Raiser, a third party interviewer brought into the hiring process to ensure fair, accurate and objective assessments of candidates.
