During the recent TD Web Conference (TDWC), one of the largest online innovation events in Latin America, Freshworks' Freshdesk and Freshchat applications were awarded the main B2B software award in Brazil, taking first place in the Support and Chat categories. Likewise, Freshworks’ IT service management (ITSM) solution Freshservice was recognized as the second fastest and most intuitive choice among consumers.
